Refund policy

Product discrepancies must be notified immediately upon delivery of your goods. 

Any returns are subject to the item(s) being unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.  

We are unable to accept returns for any open products. 

We MAY possibly charge up to 10% restocking depending on the reason for your return and how the initial postage costs were covered. IF there is any adjustment in postage/freight costs these will adjusted from the balance of your refund payable. Your refund will be refunded will be processed and reversed via the same method you made your initial payment with. Cash refunds are never an option.
